After 25 years at Lambert Smith Hampton, mainly leading its successful Thames Valley team, Nick Coote has decided to undertake a new challenge and venture. CRE Advisors will provide independent corporate real estate advice to mainly (but not exclusively) tech and science businesses.
Coote has been a leader in this field, especially in the Thames Valley, for many years. This was reflected by him winning the Thames Valley Property Awards “Outstanding Contribution Award”. He has advised corporate occupiers upon some of the region’s most notable office transactions.
Alongside this, Coote will be undertaking an ongoing consultancy role with LSH, relating to prop-tech and data optimisation, so by no means will he be severing his links with LSH.
He commented “Many businesses are going to be looking hard at their operational location and organisational strategies post covid. The virus moved the workplace agenda on 5/10 years in a day. There will be some exciting times and changes ahead”.
Ezra Nahome CEO of Lambert Smith Hampton said “Nick has played a significant part at LSH and in particular the Thames Valley market. We wish him great success in his new venture."
