Office design, fit out and refurbishment specialist Morgan Lovell has made several appointments, including three to its southern team following market growth and high demand in the Thames Valley.

Adrian Norman has been appointed as head of design in Bracknell, re-joining Morgan Lovell having been with the firm from 2005 to 2014.  Norman has 20 years’ experience in design and build, providing innovative and creative design solutions. Specialising in sustainable office design, he is a qualified BREEAM assessor and LEED Commercial Interiors accredited professional. Norman has completed numerous projects with varying degrees of complexity for the likes of Autodesk, Gilead Sciences and Intercontinental Hotels Group. His experience includes defining workplace strategies from initial interviews and analyses, block and space planning, and architectural and interior detailed design.

Also in Bracknell, Petra O’Shea has been promoted to head of sales for the Southern region. She has over 14 years’ experience in direct sales, business development and sales leadership. She has previous experience in the commercial property sector as a senior surveyor and area director in one of the largest serviced office companies. As head of sales for Morgan Lovell Southern, O'Shea combines her extensive property knowledge and sales expertise to further drive the already successful sales team. Joining her sales team is Sophie Williams, who has been appointed as a business account manager responsible for managing business development.

In Bracknell and London, Christopher Allen (formerly of CBRE Global Workplace Solutions) joins as Morgan Lovell’s new head of workplace consulting. Allen has 25 years’ experience as a strategist, innovation champion and transformational change leader in highly complex environments. He is a chartered manager with a passion for people and how they live and work. Prior to joining CBRE, Allen held senior strategy and leadership roles in the British Army.

Managing director of Morgan Lovell Southern, Colin Allan commented: “There is a lot of optimism in the marketplace and I’m pleased to announce these appointments. We’ve seen strong demand for office design and fit-out throughout the region and this is set to continue into 2018.

“The Thames Valley has become more attractive to businesses in recent years with Crossrail coming and improved infrastructure in Maidenhead, Reading, Basingstoke and Bracknell. We want to meet the demands of increased activity, build on our successes and continue to delight clients with our consultative approach, creativity and professionalism.”
