Jones Lang LaSalle’s has been ranked the most active office agency team in the Thames Valley for the fourth consecutive year.

According to CoStar UK’s Thames Valley Office Agency League Table, Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded most active letting agent in the Western Corridor region transacting over 10% of the market and handling over 2 million sq ft of instructions.

James Finnis, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s South East Disposal Team, said: “In a tough occupational market the team is rightly proud to have achieved the top spot for disposals in the CoStar Agency League Table. In a market dominated by lease re-gear activity and limited real take-up our number one position demonstrates our added value and ability to do deals. We are dedicated to providing our clients with first class service from an experienced and knowledgeable team.”

Guy Parkes, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Western Corridor Region, added: “It is a tremendous achievement to retain a premier position for a 4th successive year. A philosophy of hard work ethic backed up by on the ground market intelligence, continues to give our clients the edge from our base at Stockley Park, whether it be property management advice, building surveying, industrial or office agency.”

The League Table demonstrates that during the period from 1 September 2008 – 31 August 2009, Jones Lang LaSalle was instructed to market 2,170,971 sq ft of office space in the Thames Valley region; over 500,000 sq ft more space than its nearest competitor. With 8.51% market share, this activity puts Jones Lang LaSalle in first place for the fourth consecutive year.
