Matthew Swash, an associate director in JLL’s UK office, will be based in Chicago for three months, where he will work closely with US occupiers with UK office space requirements, highlighting opportunities in the South East region.
James Finnis, head of South East Office Agency at JLL, said: “The South East region is well primed for US occupiers looking to locate in the UK due to its strong national and international transport connections, high quality office space with a strong development pipeline, a plethora of local amenities and proximity to a highly-skilled workforce.
“Seconding one of our agents to the US to offer counsel to US businesses first-hand is a step we’ve taken to ensure a tailor-made approach to advising overseas clients.”
JLL’s South East Office Agency team markets offices in West London and the Thames Valley region.
