The 2021 annual CoStar Award winners will be announced on March 1. The awards recognise the performance of the top firms of UK commercial property professionals.

Hicks Baker’s business space team, who specialise in the Thames Valley region, received ‘Top 5’ accolades in two separate agency categories in the 2020 CoStar Awards for Berkshire and North Hampshire.

The team’s activities were recognised with ‘Top 5’ awards in the categories of ‘Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions & Disposals’ for both the total amount of space let, sold and acquired (sq ft) and for total number of deals transacted.

Stephen Head, business space director of Hicks Baker said:

“We are delighted to have been recognised with two ‘Top 5’ positions in CoStar’s 2020 annual awards. The categories of ‘Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions & Disposals’ are very competitive and to have increased our market share despite the difficult trading conditions in the last 12 months is a great result for the team’.
