Thames Valley: Global property practice to move into IQ Winnersh

SEGRO has announced that Rider Levett Bucknall UK and UK Bi Fold are moving to IQ Winnersh Business Park.  Rider Levett Bucknall UK is a global property and construction practice with more than 100 offices across Asia, Oceania, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. The company will occupy a 2,500 sq ft office suite on a 10-year lease at 1000 Eskdale Road.

UK Bi Fold is also moving to 1000 Eskdale Road having agreed a three-year lease. The company, a leading supplier of aluminium bi fold doors, will use 2,800 sq ft of space as retail and showroom space for its products.

Simon Kerton, Rider Levett Bucknall UK, said: “We look forward to moving into this high quality office space. IQ Winnersh is situated in a prime location, close to Junction 10 of the M4 motorway offering state-of-the-art buildings, good amenities, excellent transport links and a dedicated train station.

Existing occupiers include Virgin, Atos, Jacobs Engineering, QlikTech, Microchip, Valspar, Pure Circle and Harris Engineering.
