It has signed a 10-year lease at a rent of £27.50 per sq ft.
Moving from 2 Wesley Gate, GCS will join Capita, Ascot Lloyd and James Cowper in the newly refurbished building.
Tom Fletcher, head of Reading office, at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “This is now the eighth leasing transaction since VC3 bought the building in 2017, which demonstrates how attractive a proposition Reading Bridge House is. The building has a strong position in Reading, offering the highest quality space in the sub £30 per sq ft market and this is reflected in the deals done.
"We predict this success to continue and mirror the strong performance of the town centre market, with take-up at the end of Q3 estimated to reach approximately 210,000 sq ft, against the long term annual average of 176,000 sq ft."
Steve Pope, group director, at Berkley Estates London, added: “We are delighted to welcome GCS Recruitment to Reading Bridge House. The flexible approach that we have taken with the building has allowed us to work with tenants of all sizes and it is ultimately why occupiers are looking at Reading Bridge House as a great option for their office requirements”
VC3, a client of Berkley Estates London, is represented by Lambert Smith Hampton, Campbell Gordon and Bray Fox Smith.
