Frasers Centrepoint (FCL) has completed its acquisition of Winnersh Triangle business park as part of a portfolio of business parks across the UK, including Chineham Park in Basingstoke and Watchmoor Park in Camberley.
The portfolio totals close to five million sq ft of prime assets in core locations outside of London.
Winnersh Triangle is an office and technology park located close to junction 10 of the M4, near Reading. The 90-acre business park totals 1.5 million square feet and is occupied by over 60 companies employing more than 5,500 people.
