Thames Valley law firm Blandy & Blandy LLP picked up an award for conveyancing excellence at the prestigious 2017 ESTAS Awards. The firm’s residential property team received the bronze award for the southern region, at a ceremony held at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane in front of over 300 guests.

Solicitor Emily Farrow was also just one of 10 solicitors or conveyancers shortlisted nationally in the individual category.

Team head Manisha Bhula said: “We are delighted with this award; thank you to all of our clients who took the time to vote and provide feedback. A huge well done to our team, who work extremely hard to provide our clients with an excellent service. And congratulations to Emily on being singled out in the national category – a fantastic achievement.”

As part of the process, clients were asked to provide detailed feedback.

Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS, commented: “Like it not we live in a world where the consumer decision-making process is influenced more and more by customer reviews so The ESTAS provides a kite mark of excellent service for any property professional involved in the home moving process.”
