Lambert Smith Hampton has secured Deco Glaze as an occupier at 6 Dormer Road, Thame. The company, which is Britain's largest manufacturer of bespoke colour glazing, chose to move from London in order to expand operations while reducing overheads.
Leo Silver, surveyor for Lambert Smith Hampton Oxford, explained: "With increased business rates, higher rentals and more office space being redeveloped for residential purposes in London, we are seeing an increasing number of businesses exploring the idea of moving out of the capital.
"In the heart of the Thames Valley, Oxfordshire has easy access to London, the South and the Midlands, has a high quality of life and offers a range of office, industrial and retail space. For these reasons, it is set to benefit from future organisation moves out of London by being able to attract major occupiers."
6 Dormer Road is an 18,515 sq ft warehouse and office unit located on an established industrial site close to Thame town centre.
