T A Fisher has launched Phase 2A of its Tower House Farm development in the village of Mortimer, around seven miles south-west of Reading.
The current phase offers a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes, designed to reflect the village aesthetic. It follows the successful completion of Phase 1, where all plots are now reserved or sold.
Three of the six homes are currently reserved. Two four-bedroom detached homes and one chalet bungalow are still available for occupation from Summer 2023.
Julie Wright, Head of Sales and Marketing at T A Fisher, said: “The first phase of Tower House Farm was incredibly well received from buyers who appreciate a better sized property and a higher quality finish.
“Fortunately Phase 2 offers more detached housing and chalet bungalows which resonates so well with our target market.”
