Stunning views at Cheltenham's only tower block, Eagle Tower, up for grabs

Cheltenham’s iconic Eagle Tower has revealed what it describes as a “once in a decade” opportunity to secure one of the prime office spaces, situated on the 11th floor of the twelve-floor office block. The 7,000 square foot 11th floor is available to let from 1st February.

Cherie Lampitt, Building Manager for Eagle Tower, said: “The opportunity to rent one of our prime floors does not come up very often, in fact only once in the last ten years has one become available. The 11th floor has spectacular 360 degree views of the centre of Cheltenham and beautiful countryside beyond. The space would be ideal for a wide range of business uses, but it would be perfect for a call centre, cyber or IT business, with the option of coming fully furnished with desks, seating, as well as all IT infrastructure.

The floor ,which offers a turnkey solution, could comfortably accommodate 85 staff and will have access to Eagle Tower’s superfast broadband, which we believe to be amongst the fastest in the South West.

“We would urge any party that is interested to contact us to view the space as soon as possible as we don’t anticipate it being available for long”.

The office space comes with a parking allocation and access to the building’s shared services, including a Café, manned reception desk and anti COVID measures including thermo-imaging cameras and contact free access doors. The 11thFloor is being offered under conventional lease terms or, alternatively flexible terms can be discussed.

Eagle Tower is probably Cheltenham’s most prestigious office address. This iconic building, Cheltenham’s only tower block, which was constructed in 1969 for its original tenant Eagle Star Insurance, was bought by its current owner, successful property development veteran Mel Griffin, in 2003.

Fast forward nearly 20 years and Mel retains a great affinity with the building, which has undergone continual investment over the last two decades. As a location, Eagle Tower has the best views in Cheltenham, parking and competitive rents thanks to its long-term private ownership, and a hands-on owner who loves the building enough to want to be in and amongst.
