Coppa Club Streatley opens on July 22 following a £12 million investment in renovating The Swan Hotel and launching the new Club. The investors behind this successful concept - Hugh Osmond, Sinclair Beecham, Andy Bassadone and Tim Henman - attended the launch party to celebrate the opening.
Located right on the riverbank, Streatley’s Coppa Club will continue the home-from-home theme of the previous successful openings in Sonning, Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead, St Pauls and Tower Bridge, London. Designed as a club where nobody has to be a member, Coppa Club is open all day, from an early breakfast to late evening drink. Guests can stay all day and transition easily from work to play.
Coppa Club Streatley is the biggest opening to date, offering club and hotel guests alfresco dining on the riverside terrace, cosy work spaces, comfortable sofas and log fires. Filled with natural light and with views of the river, there are events rooms for weddings and parties, 47 stunning bedrooms, which have been completely refurbished, and an on-site gym.
Offering an all-day menu Coppa Club offers breakfasts and weekend brunches plus seasonal salads, handmade pizzas, mains and grills. Club and hotel guests can eat or drink in the open air on the riverside terrace, a few feet from the water’s edge or - if the weather turns - can be quickly enclosed by an all-new glass structure without even leaving their seats.
The Coppa Club Streatley and Swan Hotel owners have lived in the area for many years and have been working closely with the village community on this flagship opening to ensure it delivers a sense of belonging.

Our Streatley opening has very much been a labour of love, fraught with planning issues and a prolonged building project. It’s taken four years to complete but we are pleased with the results and hope it will be a very welcome addition to the village.”
