Expert developer and regeneration specialist, St. Modwen has successfully attracted two new occupiers to its business park based in Worcester.

UK Storage and Edmundson Electrical are the most recent occupiers to take space at Nunnery Park, where existing occupied units include fast-food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken and family pub operator Greene King who officially opened their doors to the public back in October 2017.

Nunnery Park is already home to a strong profile of warehousing businesses, trade counters and leisure companies.

The 20 acre site is strategically located in Worcester, sitting between junctions 6 and 7 of the M5, and is well connected to the local and regional transport network.

Jonathan Green, Director of Asset Management at St. Modwen said: “The business park has proved to be popular with national and local businesses. We have worked hard to provide a high specification product, with units that are managed by St. Modwen and benefit from on-site security. The park is in a prime location, with close links to Worcester City Centre, the M5 and the wider motorway network.”
