South coast independent letting only agency Southernbrook Lettings has made its third major acquisition in 14 months.
The company has been rapidly expanding following its initial acquisition of David Seymour’s of Gosport in April 2022.
Southernbrook has also acquired Cocoon Lettings in Kingston & Guildford.

This latest venture is the acquisition Keats, a letting company that covers the towns of Haslemere, Guildford, and Liphook. Southernbrook is looking to use Keats to build its presence in the Surrey region.
Southernbrook Group MD Louis Musgrove said: “We are incredibly proud and excited to be merging with Keats Lettings, this expansion will give even more landlords, tenants, and estates access to our state of art system management and maintenance platforms and provide a footprint for future growth.”
