Artificial intelligence was the hot topic at a business breakfast staged by property specialists Vail Williams at Solent University. The thought leadership event attracted business people from across the South Coast.

The Vail Williams' team was in buoyant mood having just announced their merger with Hughes Ellard, creating a regional 'powerhouse' in the Solent region.

Speakers included Adam Greenwood, CEO of Greenwood Campbell; Andy Feltham, client technical lead at Filament; and Xavier Parkhouse-Parker, co-founder and CEO of PLATO Intelligence.

Together they painted a picture of the future of AI, and how it was likely to impact B2B and B2C companies in the years ahead.
