Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy is pleased to welcome Luke Masters to its growing team. Masters joins as business development manager.
Co-Founding director, Alex Hurn says “We are thrilled to have Luke join our growing team. He brings with him experience in acquisitions and property development as well as a ‘little black book’ of contacts across both the commercial and residential property sectors. Luke’s experience and relationship-building skills will add heaps of value to our business and improve our continued mission to enhance our clients’ experience.”
“Sillence Hurn peaked my interest as a company due to their individuality in the sector they operate in, making a progressive change to traditional surveying services to assist client’s needs. I look forward to using my experience to build further relationships with developers and lenders assisting them in delivering projects” says Masters.
Masters has always had a keen interest in real estate, having started his career at a national property company in acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets. He then moved to a regional company as a development consultant advising on mixed-use and residential schemes of value up to £12 million GDV. Masters' most recent role prior to joining the Sillence Hurn team was acting as acquisitions director for a privately funded property developer undertaking conversion and new build schemes. This experience led to him developing his own projects as a private developer.
