Professional services firm PwC has moved back to its offices in Ocean Village – but with a bit of a difference.

Over the past 15 months Savannah House has undergone extensive refurbishment to create a modern work space that offers a more efficient and flexible way for teams to work.

Julian Gray, office senior partner, PwC Southampton, said: “We have over 200 partners and staff based in Southampton and they have been intimately involved in the re-design of our office to create a great teamworking space that is flexible and client-friendly.

“We’re ambitious and determined to grow our operations on the South Coast. The Ocean Village modernisation gives us the space we need to facilitate our larger team and support our future growth plans.”

Gray says that PwC’s return to Ocean Village follows the firms’ second consecutive year of double digit revenue growth, with 2015/16 delivering an 11% year-on-year increase: “We had a strong year across all our business areas and our growth is the result of the long-term investment we’ve continued to make in both our people and in technology. In Southampton, we’ve grown our team and made a number of promotions this year, as well as welcoming 20 new graduate joiners and school leavers this month.

“This major refurbishment, renewal of our lease and breadth of our local capability demonstrate our long-term commitment to the South Coast market.

“Our continued investment will help to make sure that we have the right expertise in place to deliver a better service for our clients."
