Over 80 families are enjoying life in a new Miller Homes Southern property after the sale of its last property at the popular Admirals Wood development in Southampton.

A mixture of property styles have been sold in recent months by the award-winning housebuilder, with a surge in sales during the autumn.

Tracey Lee, area sales and marketing director for Miller Homes, said: “The speed of sales at Admirals Wood highlights how strong demand is for quality, energy-efficient homes in Southampton. This is a wonderful location, steeped in history and heritage, with excellent links to the region’s road and rail network. I’m not surprised that the 84 new homes at Admiral’s Wood have been snapped up so quickly.

“Families putting down roots in Southampton absolutely love the area and their feedback suggests they are excited about enjoying both coast and countryside. This region really does have it all.

“Buying a property is a major investment but Miller Homes’ five-star rating for customer satisfaction and reputation for superior build quality, is bringing peace of mind to buyers and aiding the decision-making process.”

House hunters still interested in moving into a new Miller Home property in the area can look to the new Bader Heights development in Tangmere, West Sussex.

The new neighbourhood incorporates a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, just three miles from Chichester and a short stroll from Tangmere village.
