Southampton: Marketing starts for space at refurbished Grosvenor House

A landmark office building in the heart of Southampton’s business district is ready for occupation following extensive refurbishment. Three-storey Grosvenor House, jointly marketed by commercial property consultancies Hughes Ellard and LSH on behalf of owner Ameriscot Commercial, is available floor-by-floor or as half floors.

Nik Cox, a Hughes Ellard director, said: “There is a distinct lack of Grade A office space in the city centre, with the flexibility of Grosvenor House the answer for companies looking to rent space from 4,000 sq ft upwards.
