Leading law firm BDB Pitmans is moving its Southampton office from The Avenue to new premises in the heart of the city centre at Grosvenor House, Grosvenor Square. The new 6,200 sq ft space will be operational immediately.

The centrally-located office reflects BDB Pitmans’ increasing foothold and ambitious growth plans in the Southampton market, serving clients across practice areas including business services (including corporate, commercial, employment and pensions), real estate and private client and family. The modern space accommodates BDB Pitmans’ continuing drive to encourage flexible working practices for the benefit of both staff and clients.

This move comes six months after the merger of legacy Bircham Dyson Bell and Pitmans Law – driving BDB Pitmans into the Top 60 UK law firms – offering clients services across four key locations: Cambridge, London, Reading and Southampton.

Andrew Smith, managing partner of BDB Pitmans, commented: “This is an exciting move for BDB Pitmans as we look to cement our offering in Southampton. As client demand builds across a breadth of sectors, this move underpins our ongoing commitment to the Southampton market. The impressive space and modern working environment promote our flexible and collaborative practices for staff and clients and also provides room for further growth."
