Spend an evening with Jeremy Vine, our presenter at the South Coast Property Awards on Thursday, July 13.

The BBC veteran is our special guest at the second annual SCPA, the top property event in the region. He will announce the awards winners and relate anecdotes and stories about his experiences on television and radio. Apart from having his own programme on Radio 2, Vine is part of the acclaimed BBC coverage of the General Election, showing with computer graphics how the parties' votes stack up as the results come in through the night.

The SCPA will bring together the leading commercial and residential property names in the south - from agents and consultants to developers, architects, lawyers and support companies.

Staged at Hilton at Ageas Bowl, the SCPA black-tie gala dinner is organised by The Business Magazine. Tickets include drinks reception, three-course dinner, and half bottle of wine per person.

Individual seats cost £180 ex VAT and a table of 10 is £1,700 ex VAT.

To book, email Libby Sharp at libby@elcot.co.uk
