Blake Morgan development and social housing specialist Christine Kessler-Robinson has been appointed as a board member of the South West Women in Social Housing (WISH) group.
Kessler-Robinson is from the law firm's Southampton office and is highly experienced in the acquisition of sites for national housebuilders and Registered Providers. Her expertise covers all aspects of land acquisition and assembly, including strategic options, joint ventures, collaboration and development agreements. She also has vast experience in advising on complex disposals (including intricate overage provisions).
Kessler-Robinson will be joining 10 other members on the South West Board along with members from WISH branches in various regions all over the UK, including London, the North West and Cumbria regions.
WISH's membership base consists of women from across the social housing sector, housing associations, local authorities, development consultants, developers, solicitors, accountants and recruitment consultants and more.
