St. Modwen Homes has appointed Jeremy Attwater as regional managing director south, following continued success and growth within the business, and the regionalisation of the commercial team.
With a vast amount of experience in the housebuilding sector, Jeremy joins St. Modwen Homes following his time as managing director at Jones Homes Southern and previously for Barratt David Wilson and Antler Homes as commercial director.
In his new role, Attwater will be part of the Homes board alongside Martin Install, regional managing director north, and will oversee St. Modwen Homes’ strategic direction across the South East and South West, which includes more than 15 existing and upcoming new home developments.
Commenting on his new position, Attwater said: “With continued ambitious growth plans over the coming years, and the desire to change places and create better futures for customers with developments and products differing from the norm, it is an incredibly exciting time to join the team at St. Modwen Homes. Having worked in the industry for many years, I am looking forward to using my experience to help build upon the already impressive achievements of the business."
Dave Smith, managing director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Due to our strong growth and performance over recent years and ongoing growth and geographic expansion plans, we have created two distinctive regional teams for the north and south. With new developments on the horizon, we are committed to continuing delivery of high-quality homes which the UK needs.”
St. Modwen Homes is currently on track to break through the 1000-mark milestone for annual homes sales in 2019. The business continues to invest in its workforce, delivering on the overarching strategic goal of providing high-quality, affordable homes to purchasers across the country.
