Frasers Property UK has mandated CBRE and Hollis Hockley across its 3.5 million sq ft UK business parks portfolio.
The Southern Estates Business Park portfolio comprises Winnersh Triangle in Reading, Farnborough Business Park, Cineham Park in Basingstoke, Watchmoor Park in Camberley, Maxis in Bracknell and Lakeshore in Heathrow.
CBRE has been picked as national agent and Thames Valley specialist Hollis Hockley as local agent following a pitch last week.
Rupert Batho, commercial director at Frasers Property UK, said: “This year we have welcomed a number of leading companies to our business parks by providing high quality workspaces and amenities for innovative businesses to grow and attract talent. The appointment of CBRE and Hollis Hockley will help us attract new occupiers that will add to our already diverse tenant mix.”
Matt Willcock, head of south east agency at CBRE, said: “The portfolio has seen considerable expenditure in its infrastructure, buildings and amenity since November 2017 and underpins the strategy of providing a high standard of workspaces, amenities and practices for businesses to grow and attract the best available talent. This is something CBRE wholeheartedly believes in and we are committed to fostering a long term partnership with Frasers Property to help bring success to its ‘One Estate’ strategy."
