Kempton Carr Croft has more than doubled its staff headcount and business turnover since 2012 and is set for another record year in 2015.

The independent firm of surveyors has increased turnover year on year for the past three years and has more than doubled its profits since 2012. In the same time period the firm has grown from 12 to 35 staff to become a flourishing SME and a business success story for professional property services in the Thames Valley.

In the last year alone the firm has boosted its team with the recruitment of a marketing manager, five new administrative support staff, and two new graduate surveyors have joined its graduate programme.

Director Malcolm Kempton commented: “The continued growth and success of the business is a testament to the hard work and professionalism offered by every member of our multi-disciplined team. Having started a business with my lifelong friend Michael Carr nearly thirty years ago, and seeing how our staff have supported us in growth and the delivery of excellent professional standards, makes me extremely proud.

"As a firm we identify the needs of our client base and deliver property solutions based on excellent standards of care, attention to detail and professional expertise.

"We’re all very much looking forward to the next phase of business growth and bringing in our 30th year in an excellent position to build upon.”

Kempton Carr Croft is now looking to recruit new general practice surveyors and valuers to join its professional team.
