Having recently acquired Jacksons Residential in Henley-on-Thames, the Romans Group has taken another significant step in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Caroline Clark & Associates in Sunninghill.
The acquisition was concluded in May, and founder Caroline Clark commented: “Peter Fuller and the team at Romans have done everything they said they would, in an extremely professional and effective way.
“After thorough research it was clear that the Romans Group was the best choice; not only do they offer extremely high levels of customer service but their innovative approach to estate agency is something I felt my clients would really benefit from.”
The Sunninghill-based agency is now fully-incorporated into the Romans Sunningdale branch which opened in January 2014.
The Jacksons Residential acquisition marks Romans first foothold into Oxfordshire and offers further opportunities for expansion into the county.
The Group has five successful acquisitions already under its belt since 2013, and a £12 million finance facility from its bankers available for more business purchases.
