The South Coast CPS Conference returns for a fifth instalment later this year, bringing together key stakeholders in the region’s property sector.

Scheduled for Thursday 14 November 2024, the event will be an opportunity to share insights, address pressing issues and foster investment and development.

This year’s venue, St Mary’s Stadium, offers a more central location than last year’s conference in Portsmouth.

Attendees will enter through the players’ entrance, experience the changing rooms and walk down the tunnel as the teams do on matchdays, with Saints’ recent promotion back to the Premiership adding an exciting backdrop to the conference.

An uplift of £140 million in future earnings from broadcast revenue and prize money secured by Adam Armstrong’s 24th-minute winner at Wembley has the region abuzz with renewed energy and optimism.

This year’s conference is set to cover a broad spectrum of the property industry, offering insights into residential, commercial, industrial, and development opportunities.

The event will include curated panel discussions on topics including...

  • Trends in Commercial Real Estate
  • Impact of Technology on Property Management
  • Sustainable Development and Green Buildings
  • Adapting to Remote Work and Flexible Office Spaces
  • Investment Opportunities in the South Coast Market
  • Navigating Regulatory Changes
  • Retail Evolution and Mixed-Use Developments
  • Risk Management and Resilience in Property Investments
  • Facilities Management Best Practices
  • Supply Chain Resilience in Real Estate Development
  • Community Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • A Holistic Approach to Resolving the Housing Affordability Crisis
  • Future Outlook and Opportunities for Growth

Attendees will also hear updates from local councils and an economic overview from the Bank of England, followed by a Q&A session.

Leading up to the main event, pre-conference networking socials will be held in Portsmouth (26 September 2024), Bournemouth (3 October 2024), and Southampton (10 October 2024), providing opportunities to meet speakers, exhibitors and sponsors.

A bundle for £100 plus VAT is available for a limited time, providing access to all three social events plus the main conference in November.

For £500 plus VAT, visitors can secure a spot in the exhibition hall with a 2m x 2m stand area along with two tickets to the conference and to all three socials.

Both offers are valid until 28 June.

Early bird tickets are also available for £55 plus VAT.
