Solent: Vail Williams to sell land formerly identified for Portsmouth FC

Vail Williams has been instructed to sell land at Bedhampton which was formerly identified as a possible site for a new training ground for Portsmouth FC.
The land is located between the A3(M) and college road just to the south of Southdowns College. It is currently used for agricultural purposes and has an area of approximately 27 acres.

The land will be sold on an unconditional basis.
