Goadsby has sold 45 Cobham Road on behalf of an investment company. The property extends to approximately 11,524 sq ft and fronts the main spine road running through Ferndown Industrial Estate. The quoting price was £925,000 plus VAT and the unit was marketed by Goadsby and Simon Allen Associates.

Chris Wilson, director of Goadsby, commented: “We had a substantial amount of interest in this unit from both owner occupiers and investors.  The purchaser will now refurbish the unit and offer it to let by way of a new lease.”
