Entries have opened for the South Coast Property Awards - with the website for 2019 now launched at https://southcoastpropertyawards.co.uk

The awards night is booked for July 18 at the Hilton at Ageas Bowl, Southampton, and you have until the entry deadline of May 3 to submit your nominations for the prestigious competition. More than 400 guests are expected to attend the evening.

Sponsors so far confirmed are Amiri Construction, Blake Morgan, CBRE, CoStar, Dutton Gregory, Lambert Smith Hampton, Moore Blatch, Smith & Williamson, and Trethowans. More sponsors will be added to the list in the coming months.

"This is the fourth year of SCPA and each year the competition for trophies has become more intense," said awards chairman David Murray. "Entries are submitted from developers, agents, planners, architects, lawyers and other professionals, and, as we are the only event in the region of its kind to embrace both residential and commercial property sectors, we usually have a huge variety of nominations."
