Slough: Orange is the new occupier at The Porter Building

Orange Business Services, the professional services consulting arm of Orange, will be moving its UK headquarters to the fourth floor of The Porter Building.

In May, Spaces took a 32,000 sq ft lease that includes the entire second floor of the building and half the ground floor, where food and beverage amenities will be provided alongside workspace.

Other tenants at the Porter Building include Fiserv, which took the 28,400 sq ft first floor prior to practical completion at the 111,0000 sq ft speculative office development.

The Porter Building is located opposite Slough Station.

Chris Hiatt, Landid director, said: “The Porter Building is leading the way forward in the Western Corridor for office buildings that are well-connected, well-designed and focus on wellbeing. We’re delighted that Orange has chosen one of our developments as its new UK headquarters - a strong endorsement of its quality. With the arrival of the Elizabeth Line fast approaching, we are continuing to look for other organisations to join the nearly fully-let building.”

The Porter Building achieved certification through the WELL Building Standard in January, making it the first office building in the UK to attain the global rating.
