CoStar, the leader in commercial property information, has launched Dealmaker Awards for specific locations in the south. The awards recognise the achievements of property agents, both in terms of number of deals completed and square footage.
In association with The Business Magazine, the awards focus on occupational sales and lettings through 2017. Top office agent for Slough is JLL with eight deals completed and a total of 71,388 sq ft.
Lambert Smith Hampton comes in second on deals done, with six, followed by DeSouza & Co. In square footage, Knight Frank is second ahead of CBRE.
In the industrial property arena, Cushman & Wakefield comes top with 27 deals, ahead of JLL with 15. In square footage, the positions are reversed - with JLL at 238,558 sq ft and Cushmans at 220,479 sq ft.
The rankings also form part of the collation of data for the Thames Valley Property Awards, which takes place at Ascot Racecourse on May 3. CoStar is building intelligence on both offices and industrial/logistics lettings for these categories.
