Schroder European REIT PLC have informed shareholders that they have disposed of an asset at Southlink, Portsmouth.
The Walton Road industrial property, which was acquired in 2004, has been removed from the book at £1.6million above a March 2022 valuation of £4.9million.
Shareholders were informed through the LSE that the 26,975 sq ft single let industrial asset had been sold for £6.5 million.
Earlier this month the company stated shareholders would receive a special dividend due to the high performance of its capital recycling programme.
The company declared a pre-tax profit of £12.7million for the financial year ending March 22.
