Robert Hitchins adds second Queen Square office to Bristol portfolio
Gloucestershire’s Robert Hitchins Investment Properties Ltd (RHIP) has purchased its second office building in Bristol’s Queen Square, with representation from Knight Frank and solicitors Foot Anstey.
The Grade II Listed Georgian building offers 17,470 square foot of office space in the heart of the city. It marks the company’s seventh purchase in Bristol, a portfolio which includes 31-32 Queen Square acquired last December.
Simon Tothill, Property & Development Director at Robert Hitchens, said: “10 Queen Square is in a prime location and is a really good fit for us.
“The property is fully let to an impressive array of tenants and offers prime modern office space in Bristol’s historical centre. RHIP worked well with the vendors to complete the acquisition within a tight time frame, and we now look forward to working closely with the tenants and to enhancing the building and its facilities.”
“We continue to invest in Bristol, the greater South West and South Wales, seeking the right opportunities with potential to add value.”
The property at 10 Queen Square features a period façade, with six floors of open-plan office space. On-site parking is provided underground and a new air conditioning system has been installed throughout.
