Law firm FSP has welcomed two senior lawyers to its real-estate team - already the largest such team in Reading.
Gaye King, who qualified in 2001, joins as an associate from international firm CMS. She has a broad commercial property practice but has particular experience in advising investors, funds and corporate occupiers on the acquisition, management and disposal of portfolios including retail and industrial parks, offices and shopping centres.
Anna Zatouroff joins the team as a senior associate having worked for many years as a partner in the real-estate team at City of London firm Stitt & Co. She acts for developers, businesses, lenders and high-net-worth individuals and trusts on property transactions throughout England and Wales. She has particular experience in dealing with higher value and more complex commercial lettings, development acquisitions and disposals and portfolio work.
Marcus Francis, head of real-estate at FSP, commented: “We are delighted to have two very experienced and senior lawyers join our team. They will provide a further boost to our well-established and successful real-estate offering which is led by six commercial property partners.”
