The top agents in Reading were awarded trophies at the business breakfast seminar, Reading Number 1 City, at the Madejski Stadium today.
Commercial agent Lambert Smith Hampton was top of the league for number of deals and was awarded ta CoStar Dealmaker Award. Top of the office dealmakers by sq ft was Campbell Gordon.
Acclaimed as top industrial dealmaker by number of deals is Sharps Commercial, and by sq ft of deals is Haslams. The CoStar rankings take unto account occupational sales and lettings.
The awards were presented as part of the Reading Number 1 City seminar heralding the conurbation's position as the UK's fastest-growing business centre.
The top three consultants for office deals (by total number of deals) were: Lambert Smith Hampton, Parkinson Holt and Campbell Gordon.
And by sq ft: Campbell Gordon, JLL and Parkinson Holt.
For industrial deals, the top three (by total number of deals) are: Sharps Commercial, Haslams and LSH.
And by sq ft: Haslams, GVA and Sharps Commercial.
