Reading: McKay delivers robust trading update

McKay Securities, the Reading-based commercial property investment company, has delivered a robust portfolio reversion and income profile in its trading update for the quarter to June 30, having completed seven new lettings.
McKay’s comprehensive refurbishment of 9 Greyfriars Road, Reading (38,200 sq ft) was completed at the end of the period and its new-build scheme for Prospero, Redhill (48,050 sq ft) remains on programme for completion this month.
