Arlington has submitted outline plans to Reading Borough Council for an 162,250 sq ft warehouse logistics park close to Madejski Stadium.
Reading International Logistics Park, located on an 8.5 acre site adjacent to Junction 11 of the M4, will comprise four industrial/warehouse units ranging in sizes from 24,150 sq ft up to 69,070 sq ft.
The development will also be situated close to the Madejski Stadium in a location that is already home to businesses and distribution occupiers.
Letting agents for Reading International Logistics Park are Lambert Smith Hampton and Haslams Chartered Surveyors.
