Following a competitive bid, Active Workplace Solutions has been awarded a new contract with a multinational technology organisation in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

The new contract, worth £950,000, will see the Reading-based company undertake an extensive fit-out of the 2000 sq m office space, completing a full refurbishment over a 12-week programme. The work will see two floors of empty space transformed into a magnificent new working environment for the organisation.

Alongside the refurbishment and fit-out, Active will also be moving all staff from its existing site in a sub-let, allowing the client to take ownership of its own facility in a purpose-refurbished space. The move further demonstrates Active’s relocation services on offer as part of its dynamic range of work which spans across the workplace, FM and design sectors.

Angela Love, director at Active Workplace Solutions, commented on the win: “We’re incredibly pleased to have secured this dynamic contract. The project will enable our teams to demonstrate multiple areas of our service areas and bring an empty space to life for the client’s team.”

Active Workplace Solutions has an extensive track record in relocations and fit outs, due to moving some of the world’s leading businesses since 1999 including Channel 4 and Virgin Media.

The company recently invested time in creating three separate divisions: ‘workplace solutions’, ‘managed services’ and ‘simple, quick, affordable’ (SQA), focusing its efforts into its main sectors – facilities management, design and fit-out.
