Randox Laboratories secure five year lease on Chichester retail unit
Health Service Provider, Randox Laboratories has secured a lease at a prominent site on North Street, Chichester
The agreement was secured in partnership with Flude Property Consultants. The Grade II Listed terrace building comprises a ground floor retail space and three further upper floors for office space and storage. Rental costs on the space are said to be set at £47,500 per annum.

Randox Health provides a range of health services, amongst them Covid-19 antibody testing, hormone health, STI testing and intolerance testing.
