Lakeside North Harbour has welcomed new occupier Dunstan Thomas, a growing technology solutions company which has moved into a new 7,888 sq ft office in Building 3000.

Dunstan Thomas has relocated from an office at Gunwharf Quays, and selected Lakeside North Harbour after a review of office space in the Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Established in 1986, Dunstan Thomas began considering a move following a period of acquisition and growth which created the need for additional office space. The company had outgrown Gunwharf and was looking for a modern space which enjoyed excellent accessibility, provided space to grow and conveyed an extremely professional outlook for staff and visitors. With several business partners, including Verisona Law and Lead Forensics, already on site Lakeside North Harbour immediately stood out when the company began shortlisting its options.

The new office has been given a bespoke fit-out and Dunstan Thomas worked closely during the process with the design team from Hexley and Lakeside North Harbour's on-site commercial and facilities management teams led by Karen Tyrrell. As well as an open plan office, the company has created collaboration spaces for teams who need to create focus when working together on new IT projects. Dunstan Thomas also chose to design a room to be used by staff for yoga, meditation or to carve out some quiet time away from the main office.

Luisa Partridge, Group director of sales and marketing at Dunstan Thomas, commented: "Choosing a new location for a large team is a significant business decision, but we have been delighted to find such an impressive space and a great location - complete with lake view. The whole Lakeside team has been extremely professional and efficient since we originally contacted them to find out whether a suitable space was available. We are really excited to now be on campus and a part of this vibrant, successful business community."

Karen Tyrrell added: "Many of our occupiers want their surroundings to help convey their own business values, and the combination of Lakeside's office space and lifestyle wraparound is certainly unrivalled on the South Coast. It is always fantastic to work with companies to help them design and shape their new work space, and see them begin an exciting and fresh chapter in their own business lives. We are delighted to welcome the Dunstan Thomas team on site."
