Lakeside North Harbour has welcomed new occupier Dynamite Recruitment onto campus. The award-winning recruitment agency has moved into a 3,000 sq ft office in Building 1000 which has been custom fitted to include a state-of-the-art fitness area and spin studio. Dynamite, which has relocated its offices from Langstone Gate, chose Lakeside North Harbour after a search of business parks in the south including Solent Business Park.

Established in 2011, Dynamite's move onto campus was driven by its need to find an office environment which was accessible, offered room for growth and properly conveyed both its success to date and a sense of prestige. The company worked closely with Lakeside North Harbour's on-site commercial and facilities management teams - led by Karen Tyrrell - to secure and fit out an office with a lake view. An important consideration was how to best use the space available to create an inspiring environment, and following employee feedback Dynamite opted to install a spin bike studio and fitness area, which provides the venue for two in-house, instructor led spinning classes a week. The move also included a complete office refurbishment to introduce Dynamite's corporate colours and a series of vinyls imparting the company's culture.

Matt Fox, managing director at Dynamite, commented: "It was important for us to choose a business environment which has more to offer than traditional office space. We are a people focused business in every aspect and wanted our corporate environment to reflect how important our staff, clients and candidates are to us. We've only been on campus for a few weeks but the move has injected all of us with a renewed sense of pride and passion in who we are and what we do. Our team especially love the ease at which they can pop out to Central Square for shopping, coffee or to treat themselves to a lunchtime hair and beauty session."

Tyrrell added: "Lots of our occupiers are keen to ensure that their office environment reflects their own ethos and values, and provides a great place to work. The over-riding feel on campus is of a successful business community who work hard and enjoy their leisure time. Our infrastructure - the fast travel connections, inspiring break out spaces, shops, cafes, nursery provision, hotel and gym - all help create a sense of positivity and achievement which our occupiers love being a part of."
