CoStar, the leader in commercial property information, has launched Office and Industrial Dealmakers Awards in Portsmouth, in association with The Business Magazine.

Agents and consultants are encouraged to take part. And the results will form part of a special Focus on Portsmouth that will appear in the March/April issue of the magazine and on our digital platforms.

This data will eventually feed through to the overall regional South Coast Property Awards 2018, organised by The Business Magazine and supported by CoStar.

CoStar's research team will contact firms shortly to ensure the deals are correctly captured in CoStar: the deadline for data submission is January 31.

Awards categories

CoStar is awarding the following four categories, for the period between January 1 and December 31, 2017.

Office Dealmaker - Number of Deals (Acquisition & Disposal)
Office Dealmaker - Sq Ft Transacted (Acquisition & Disposal)
Industrial Dealmaker - Number of Deals (Acquisition & Disposal)
Industrial Dealmaker - Sq Ft Transacted (Acquisition & Disposal)

Why take part?

Winners will be promoted extensively via CoStar News, and published in the March/April issue of The Business Magazine, to a combined audience of 22,000 professionals and business decision-makers.

Moreover, listing with CoStar ensures your available space and activity are visible to the 16,000 professionals who actively use our platform to find space or establish who the local dealmakers are.
