Poole: Goadsby lets to Composite Profiles at New Fields

Unit 9 at New Fields Business Park in Poole has been let to Composite Profiles on a 10-year lease. 

The unit was let by Goadsby on behalf of Forelle Estates. 

Composite Profiles is a locally-based specialist supplier and installer of composite metal floor and roof decks. Its work stretches nationwide and includes projects such as the Ocean Terminal in Southampton.

Simon Woodruff of Goadsby,  commented: “We were delighted to have assisted Composite Profile in its relocation to Poole.”

The business park is a modern development of 13 office buildings from the early 1990s.
