Key Property Investments, a joint venture between St Modwen and Kuwait-based Salhia Real Estate Company, has sold Discovery Court Business Centre in Poole to Helix Property for £6.75 million.

Formally opened in 2004, the six-acre Discovery Court site provides 70,000 sq ft of offices across three buildings, with landscaped gardens, extensive car parking and convenient links to major A roads and Bournemouth International Airport.

St Modwen regional director Tim Seddon said: “Discovery Court is testament to our strategy of revitalising commercial complexes through active management to provide modern facilities for growing regional and local businesses. During our ownership the business centre has seen household names join the tenant list including the NHS and St John's Ambulance.”

Helix Property was advised on the acquisition by Assay Property and JLL acted for KPI.
