"His appointment complements our well established construction disputes practice as well as providing support to the clients of our Commercial Real Estate team, particularly those undertaking building works as part of taking on new premises.
“Simon brings additional planning expertise to our team and support our work with developers, promoters and landowners. The planning system is in a state of flux, so expert support is now more crucial than ever.”
