National property consultancy Carter Jonas LLP has promoted 26 of its employees across its commercial, planning and development, residential and rural divisions, two of which are based in its Oxford office.

Edmund Smith, who specialises in farm and country estate agency, together with the management of agricultural estates for both private and institutional clients, and rural valuations, has been promoted to associate partner.  Claire Johnson, new homes sales manager who manages multiple new homes sites with a number of different developers across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Somerset, has been promoted to associate.

Chief executive Mark Granger said: “Over the past 12 months, the firm has increased its staff numbers by 15% in line with our ambitious national growth strategy.  We recognise the hard work and commitment of all our teams.  I am extremely pleased to be acknowledging the endeavours of several more individuals this year through these promotions."

As well as residential and commercial agency, Carter Jonas specialises in rural land management and professional services such as planning, architecture and building consultancy, renewable energy and mineral and waste management.
