Property consultancy Carter Jonas has made six promotions at its Oxford office in a record 45 promotions across its 36-strong UK office network.
Claire Johnson has been promoted to head of new homes, southern region. She advises and assists a broad range of independent developers and house builders in their proposed new home-build development schemes.
Edmund Smith has been promoted to partner. Within the 10-strong rural team he advises private and institutional landowners on their farms and estates strategy.
Emma Jewson has also has been promoted to partner. Within the 11-strong planning and development team she specialises in development strategy for private and public-sector clients.
Promotions to associate partner are Tanya Hall, who advises private and institutional landlords on residential lettings and management; Christopher Rhodes, a rural surveyor who advises on estate management and asset valuations for private clients, finance providers and institutions; and Tom Forman, a commercial surveyor who advises landlords on leasehold and freehold disposals and provides strategic advice to occupiers.
