Bidwells has secured 9,700 sq ft at King Charles House in Oxford for Oxford Sciences Innovation plc (OSI).
Oxford Sciences Innovation (OSI) was launched by the University of Oxford in 2015 to commercialise the University’s world-leading scientific research by providing capital investment for spinout companies. So far OSI has raised £350 million for capital investment.
David Williams, partner at Bidwells, said: “Securing the offices in King Charles House was a great result for OSI, given the urgency and very limited number of options in the city centre.”
Carter Jonas acted as letting agents.
